Christina C. Valkanoff is an award winning Real Estate Broker serving both buyers and sellers in the Triangle area of North Carolina. For nearly 10 years, Christina has specialized in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. With over three years of experience in real estate administration, Susan will keep in contact with you from contract to closing. Customer service has always been her number one priority. Susan is a graduate of NC State University with a major in Computer Science. She enjoys spending time with her husband Joel and three children Jason, Daniel and Kelly.

Lisa Olliff, Home Staging Specialist

Lisa Olliff is an interior and exterior decorator and home stager. Lisa moved to Raleigh in 2005 and started her home staging and decorating business. She also became a licensed real estate broker which was a natural fit with her love of decorating and beautiful homes. She now focuses solely on decorating and staging, as it is her passion. Home staging is a process that makes a house aesthetically pleasing to the greatest number of people in order to achieve the highest sales price in the real estate market. Lisa will prepare your home to bring top dollar. Lisa grew up in Georgia and earned a BA in History at Agnes Scott College. Her studies also included a heavy emphasis on Art, Art History, and studio art. She is an accomplished artist and potter. Her love of color, texture, interiors, and gardens has made her successful as a decorator and a stager. Lisa has a great attention to detail and will prepare your home from the curb through the backyard.
