Christina C. Valkanoff is an award winning Real Estate Broker serving both buyers and sellers in the Triangle area of North Carolina. She won the prestigious award from Realtor magazines Top "30 Under 30". For over 10 years, Christina has specialized in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. She has had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of clients including first-time home buyers, luxury-home buyers, relocating professionals, growing families, and investors. Christina offers a wide range of programs and services to her clients, but most importantly, she truly cares for her clients and their future, which separates her from all the other realtors.
Christina is a graduate of NC State University and Meredith College where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Interior Design.

Jenni graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a Major in Communications and Marketing and a minor in Business. She enjoys living in Raleigh with her husband and two children.

Susan M. Nance is a licensed broker and Client Care Specialist working behind the scenes to handle all of the closing details for buyers and sellers. She is the friendly voice that will be answering your phone calls when you call Christina Valkanoff Realty Group at Re/Max One. Susan was born in Burlington, NC. She moved to Raleigh in December 1994. With over five years of experience in real estate administration, Susan will keep in contact with you from contract to closing. Customer service has always been her number one priority. Susan is a graduate of NC State University with a major in Computer Science. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Tricia Homan is a Buyer Specialist and licensed broker with an outstanding customer service pedigree. Tricia has almost twenty years of experience spanning multiple customer intensive industries, including travel services, hospitality and real estate. She has worked with the most discerning clients from a number of Fortune Five Hundred companies, and has extensive knowledge of the Raleigh real estate market. Tricia received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Originally from the midwest, Tricia, her husband, their two boys and dog Whitney live in Wake Forest.
